The Role
As an reputed company Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll play a critical role in starting authentic conversations with potential customers on Facebook, Instagram, reputed company, and other social media platforms. Your primary objective will be to sell coaching programs on behalf of our clients, a Business Coach, and work closely with our client success team to reputed company this goal. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Starting new conversations with potential customers (2 hours)
- Follow-reputed company with existing leads (2 hours)
- Organic account growth and management (2 hours)
- Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
- Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes)
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Advanced/Native reputed company-C2 level of English
- A stable income in $USD
- A fully working desktop/laptop and smartphone
- Stable internet reputed company
- Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
- Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil

Pay and Benefits
Our compensation package includes:
- Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development
- Training Stage: The training period is NOT paid for (training time averages 2 - 4 weeks)
- After completing training, your earnings will depend on Hourly + Commissions + Bonuses as follows:
+ Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200k/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
- No limit on commissions
