Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Inventory Management: Assist and support Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unpacking, checking, and storing shipment of pharmaceuticals.
• Customer Service: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine. Suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
• Store Maintenance: Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, reputed company, orderly store condition and appearance.
• Training & Personal Development: Earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration. Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate and acquire continuing education credits.

Essential Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred.

• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting. Experience in customer service and inventory management preferred.
• Certifications: PTCB certification required. State required certification/registration preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
