Job Summary

As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our customers through live chat, email, and phone interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting our products and services in a professional and engaging manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager reputed company necessary
  • Build relationships with new customers to reputed company understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promote interest in client products and services through proactive communication and engagement
  • Consistently reputed company established standards of the position, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
