Job Summary:

As a Clinical Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for monitoring and supervising the performance of assigned teams, providing consultation and training to staff, and ensuring the clinical reputed company of call center activities reputed company to crisis calls. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide clinical supervision and training to Crisis Call Specialists, including consultation groups, one-to-one coaching, and regular quality assurance monitoring.

• Address staffing, coaching, and disciplinary recommendations with the Clinical Director.

Essential Qualifications:
