About the Role: Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative – Medicaid Member Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Medicaid Member Support Specialist, you will serve as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate and objective information about the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial reputed company of contact for inquiries from potential and existing Iowa Medicaid Program recipients and affiliates

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a basic understanding of a call center environment in a customer service role and quality monitoring processes.
