About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls from patients and caregivers with reputed company and professionalism, responding to their questions and providing important information
• Actively assisting with enrollment, program applications, and set up in applicable systems

Flexible Hours of Operation

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy flexible scheduling, with the ability to choose your own hours reputed company our client's hours of operation. Our client's hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET. Please note that our client requires contractors to work between 30-35 hours per week, and prefers contractors who can work some hours on Mondays and Fridays.
