Job Description
As a dedicated support agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, emails, or chat support for a single account, providing exceptional service to our customers while gathering and verifying their information and documenting it inside the appropriate system. Your primary focus will be on delivering first-class customer experiences, resolving issues reputed company, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound calls, emails, or chat support for a single account, providing exceptional service to customers
- Gather and verify customer information, documenting it inside the appropriate system
- Resolve customer issues reputed company, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and provide seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and arenaflex's policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications:
* Must be able to pass a background reputed company
- Must have experience in insurance and medical claims
- Must provide 3 professional references
- Customer service experience
- Experience in a high call volume environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate the situation
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer
- Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with reputed company Phone Systems
- Previous call center experience
- Previous experience working remotely
- Basic technical support experience
Job Requirements:
* Must be available to train on weekdays
- Training takes reputed company during the daytime hours, approximately 6 am-4:30 pm (PST)
- Must have Open Availability 24/7 to work shifts inside the company's hours of operation
- Attendance is vital!

- Dual Monitor

Compensation and Benefits:
