Responsibilities
As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Focusing on customer retention through proactive communication, reputed company, and solution-oriented approaches.
- Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards, ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
- Identifying and escalating reputed company issues to high-level management, ensuring that critical concerns are addressed promptly.
- Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
- Following up on complicated customer calls, ensuring that issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
- Completing call notes and call reports as necessary, updating them in our CRM system.
- Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to properly handle and document complaints and inquiries.
- Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills (a plus)
- Some sales and customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Some experience with MS reputed company (a plus)
- Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
