Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of specialty mail order pharmacy requests and reorders. You will be responsible for coordinating with patients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers reputed company phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of reputed company issues

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
