Responsibilities and Duties

- Sharing your passion for the brand and its products with customers, creating a contagious and engaging experience
- Using the brand's products and services to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Familiarizing yourself with the brand's site and media, as well as competitor products, to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments
- Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide customers with informed and unbiased advice
- Showing reputed company and understanding to customers in stressful situations, providing a supportive and reassuring experience

Skills and Qualifications

Technology Details
To succeed as an IT Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A desktop or laptop with Chrome browser (tablets and other mobile devices are not compatible at this time)
