Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
- Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills, with a minimum of 35 WPM, typing by memory, and designing reports
- Familiarity with Spanish and English
