The Role: Inbound Warranty Service Associate

As an Inbound Warranty Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in assisting customers who have purchased appliance care plans and are seeking to reputed company or follow up on repair claims. Your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Answer incoming calls and build rapport with customers to create a positive experience, using probing questions and active listening to understand their needs.
• Investigate customer accounts to understand the services they've purchased and file or follow up on repair claims.
