As a Customer Experience Champion II, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responsible for resolving customer needs through first-contact resolution and enhancing customer experiences with an emphasis on discovery, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and resolve customer concerns, educating customers on device-reputed company inquiries and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
• Turn every contact into a sell or save opportunity, providing a premium experience that fosters customer loyalty and retention.
• Embody the Service Plus reputed company, resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs to ensure a seamless experience.
• Provide exceptional experiences through discovery and targeted recommendations, leveraging customer-specific insights to drive sales and growth.

Where You'll Be Working: The Flexibility of Remote Work

In this remote role, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with occasional in-person trainings and meetings. You'll need to be located in Florida, reputed company a reasonable commute to our hub location in Temple Terrace, FL. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or one or more years of customer service experience.

• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
