Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Call Center Representative to join reputed company in Orlando, USA. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services, while ensuring compliance with state and government guidelines. You will work under direct management, handling high-volume customer calls, and utilizing our pharmacy systems to gather patient and medication data.

Key Responsibilities

* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into our suitable system.

• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to gather missing medication data, and decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolve outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
• Resolve Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
• Resolve phone decisions to healthcare providers and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
• Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas.
• Identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as suitable.

Essential Qualifications

* High school certificate or GED.

• Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and reputed company down computer, use the mouse to reputed company and click, start and reputed company programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online).

• Ability to communicate written and verbally.

• At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency.
• Experience providing customer care to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
• Familiarity with Spanish and English.
