Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You'll assist with policy coverage, billing, and modifications, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to our customers. With a focus on delivering exceptional service, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, building trust and loyalty through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and review customer calls regarding insurance policies, providing empathetic and solution-focused support

  • Assist with policy coverage, billing, and modifications, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve reputed company situations with limited information

Essential Qualifications
