The Role

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages
• Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer issues
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• Strong customer support experience, preferably in the higher education sector
• Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with reputed company or similar customer support software is a plus

Workspace Requirements

To ensure that you have a seamless and productive experience, we require that you have:

• A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
• 16 GB RAM
• Internet speed of 50+ MBPS
• A webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
• Dual monitors (highly recommended)
• A secure and stable internet reputed company (ethernet reputed company required)
• Willingness to install arenaflex's reputed company software and 2FA app on your mobile device

Commitment and Availability

We require a commitment of 60 days, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will need to be available to work during the following hours:

• Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 7 PM PT
