Job Responsibilities:
As a Call Center Representative – Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry strategies and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
- Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering top-off orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company issues.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and resolving outbound decisions to prescribers and patients based on the situation.
- Resolving Outsider Oddballs by inspecting, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
- Settling phone decisions to guarantors and others to acquire data, reputed company supersede endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Oddballs.
- Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
- Acquiring a dynamic specialist permit or accreditation reputed company the initial 90 days and maintaining a reputed company professional permit or certification.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to reputed company and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).

- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
