Job Summary
As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of arenaflex's people by developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for our Internal Training Department. You'll work closely with Senior Leaders to reputed company insights and measurements, and present findings to drive business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and presentation will help us optimize our education programs, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
* Apply expertise and customer needs assessment to create effective solutions that meet business requirements
- Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
- Apply advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including reputed company, data visualization tools like Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
- Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting education data
- Support escalated and reputed company data troubleshooting for Business Customers
- Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
- Partner with Senior Leaders to reputed company insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
- Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
- Work with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
- May reputed company other task assignments as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define reputed company problems to systematically examine and weigh options to recommend solutions

Education
* Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
* Advanced level experience, with extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools such as: SQL, Python, reputed company, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets. + Visualization and presentation experience
- Preferred: Advanced reputed company skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
- Preferred: Working experience in reputed company Operations education and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
