Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our valued customers. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with customers will be the defining moment of their experience with us. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing solutions to their problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, following up with customers, and escalating reputed company issues to management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers feel valued and supported
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome
- Escalate reputed company issues to management, providing detailed information and recommendations for resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a reputed company field preferred
- Bilingual language skills required in some locations
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, complete background reputed company, and obtain necessary airport authority and/or US Customs reputed company badges (if applicable)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (if required)
