We are now seeking talented and compassionate individuals to join reputed company as Customer Care Representatives, working remotely from the comfort of their own homes. Job Overview and Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans, taking inbound calls, and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Your goal will be to provide heart-driven service, simplifying the healthcare experience for our members and offering solutions to their needs. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to member inquiries reputed company phone, providing accurate and timely information about their pharmacy benefit plans
  • Resolving member issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Utilizing knowledge of pharmacy benefits and healthcare to educate members on their coverage and options
  • Documenting member interactions and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company member issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong and diverse skillset, including:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support
  • Basic knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy benefits, with a willingness to learn and reputed company expertise
