The Role

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company email and live chat. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Ability to attend a virtual two-week onboarding program reputed company reputed company Meet video calls (reputed company Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with reputed company Chrome)

• A quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which to fulfill shifts
• Ability to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Availability to work evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company with access to your router (a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided)
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
