Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
• Providing in-depth information about our products and services, helping customers reputed company informed decisions about their automotive needs
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and dealers

Requirements

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
• Meet the qualifications outlined above, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Possess a valid driver's license (not required, but a plus!)
