The Role

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries from our clients, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to their issues. Your role will involve:

• Responding to incoming calls from clients, using your exceptional communication skills to resolve their queries and concerns
• Researching eligibility requirements and troubleshooting issues reputed company to customer promotions, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long distance service and billing questions

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
