Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in conversations with customers, thinking on your feet and adapting to their needs and preferences

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company news to provide informed and accurate responses
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
* Typing Speed: 75+ WPM (typing testing available at https://www.typingtest.com)
* Communication Skills: Effective written and oral communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
