What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with customers who contact us for a variety of topics, from helping them shop for their new pet to finding the perfect chew toy or problem-solving reputed company something doesn't go as planned. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with customers on the phone, using active listening, patience, reputed company, and kindness to resolve their issues

What You'll Need
