Job Overview

The Director of Strategy and Customer Experience is a critical role that provides leadership to our strategy team and overall customer experience. This position works closely with senior arenaflex leadership to identify areas of key organizational focus and leads multiple project teams to address those opportunities. The Director has broad organizational exposure, develops deep relationships with arenaflex leadership, and often represents the business externally to potential partners, vendors, or investment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with others across arenaflex to ensure operational areas are considered in project plans, driving a collaborative and integrated approach to strategy development and implementation.
  • Coordinate responsibilities of Operations Managers and Analysts, supporting and partnering with the Operations Strategy Team to reputed company, staff, pilot, and implement process improvements reputed company our operational areas.

Leadership and Management

The Director of Strategy and Customer Experience will have direct and indirect reports, typically including 5 professionals and 14 support associates.
