Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite team. As a full-time or seasonal representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, managing customer accounts, and delivering technical assistance reputed company inbound and outbound calls, online chat inquiries, and application data entry. Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• reputed company Pay: $14.50 per hour
• Enhanced reputed company: $16.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance
• Spanish Bilingual reputed company Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Spanish Bilingual Enhanced reputed company: $17.00 per hour contingent on weekly attendance and performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s
• Have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period
• Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period
• Complete a background reputed company and health screening
• Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet reputed company (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible)

Essential Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
