Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by:
- Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70 to 120 calls per day
- Communicating effectively with policyholders, providers, and other stakeholders
- Keeping reputed company with any new and updated procedures regarding policy information
- Ensuring customer needs are satisfied in each interaction, whether conducted reputed company phone, email, or written correspondence
- Meeting departmental performance standards for call volume, average handling time, and effective time management
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Qualifications

Training

Post-Training Schedule
Following training, you'll work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There are no weekend shifts required unless overtime opportunities arise.
Location
This is a work-from-home position, open to candidates reputed company (excluding applicants from Texas, Florida, reputed company, California, Hawaii, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming).
