Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Ocean Product Development Specialist to support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product. As a key member of reputed company, you'll work closely with the MD of Ocean, reputed company development, pricing, analyzing reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and supporting reputed company service issues. You'll also support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert, implementing and communicating strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to the preferred network.

Key Responsibilities:

* Execute strategies to support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product

• Work closely with the MD of Ocean to support reputed company development, pricing, analyzing reputed company service, routings, reputed company performance, and supporting reputed company service issues
• Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert, implementing and communicating strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to the preferred network
• Assist in implementing pricing programs, reviewing volume targets, and working with the TLM to reputed company an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales to reputed company expectations of account development and yield enhancement
• Communicate both internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and work closely with the MD, Ocean, along with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables
• Direct and indirect customer contact will also be required, working closely with product, sales, and operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures to minimize company risk exposure and enhance service quality and reputed company volume targets
• Conduct regular service reviews to ensure agreed-upon KPIs are being met or exceeded
• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and reporting information regarding performance and competitive activity; submit reports as required
• Work with the MD, Ocean, along with the regional ocean management team, to promote the ocean product
• Support sales and operations as needed
• Manage annual budget, control, monitor, and report results on a regular basis to reputed company budget targets
• Work closely with marketing to reputed company external and internal communications specific to the ocean product

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• At least 8 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, including direct ocean experience in working with ocean reputed company, negotiating ocean rates, quoting ocean rates, analyzing ocean rates, and routing
• Prior ocean reputed company experience is a plus
• Familiar with reputed company Office apps
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Business-oriented and remarkable business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in implementing pricing programs and reviewing volume targets

• Knowledge of ocean reputed company performance and competitive activity

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
