What You'll Do

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a safe and exceptional airport experience at reputed company touchpoints. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing a variety of airport-reputed company tasks, including reputed company-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc)
• Working closely with and taking instructions from team leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift
• Conducting relevant administrative responsibilities, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure
• Constituting a positive and professional image of arenaflex by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centered approach at reputed company times
• Promoting and selling arenaflex services and products to our customers
• Attending and completing reputed company required training by given deadlines
• Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at reputed company times
• Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post
