Job Summary
As a Customs Trade Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods across international borders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide accurate and timely customs clearance for shipments, while also maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process customs clearance for shipments, using data from various sources, including databases, SOPs, duty books, and the web
- Handle and process different import-reputed company documentation for submission to US Customs, as well as manage relationships with participating government agencies (PGAs)
- Maintain and update reputed company shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements

- Collaborate with internal staff, departments, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver high-quality service and meet customer expectations
- Process organizational financier shipments and manage distant filings as needed

Essential Qualifications
* High School Certificate or GED required
- No industry experience necessary, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
- Data entry/keyboard experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and Office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines
