Responsibilities
As a Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional phone support to hospitals and patients, handling billing inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting patients effectively by clarifying questions and ensuring they receive the information they need
- Problem-solving champion: Working through issues by pinpointing the root cause, researching solutions, implementing the best option, and escalating unresolved matters reputed company necessary
- Data entry specialist: Maintaining accurate patient records by inputting information into the hospital's computer system
- Connects callers seamlessly: Routing incoming calls to the most suitable person reputed company the company
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Epic Software experience highly preferred
- Bi-lingual a plus
- Must have worked in a call center and experience in Medical Claims and/or Insurance
