Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company and compassionate Student Success Coach to join reputed company. As a Student Success Coach, you'll work closely with reputed company throughout their education program, providing guidance, support, and motivation to help them reputed company academic excellence. You'll be responsible for managing a group of assigned reputed company, coaching them through their degree program, and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

* Support enrollment, student development, and retention services while ensuring a quality learning experience.

• Manage a group of assigned reputed company and coach each through their degree program, through proactive and timely reputed company.
• Encourage and support reputed company through daily and weekly reputed company as they work to reputed company skills and knowledge for academic success.
• Provide a trusted environment where reputed company can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests.
• Offer and teach reputed company how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student.
• Become a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support.
• Be a liaison for reputed company, enabling them to connect with various departments.

reputed company're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. reputed company (or international equivalent)

• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling essential
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Excellent communication/listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
• Strong customer support focus and attention to details

* Salary Range between $23 and $24 per hour

Schedule

* 8 hour shift

• Monday-Thursday reputed company to 7pm CDT
• Friday & Saturday reputed company to 5pm CDT
• We hire people from reputed company time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our reputed company.
