Job Summary

As a data entry coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and organizing Prescriber Evaluation Referral Forms (PERF), gathering internal and external prescribing data, and coordinating prescriber and patient mailings reputed company unique time frames. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
