Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to define the user experience and visual interface for an engineering product that tracks and shares security issues findings and their resolutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design process—from deeply understanding user needs and their workflows to shipping high-fidelity interfaces that make "hard" technical tasks feel effortless.

Key Responsibilities

• Systems Thinking: Design scalable design systems and patterns specifically built to handle complex data density and technical hierarchies.

• Technical Discovery: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to distill intricate technical requirements into clear, logical user journeys.

• Prototyping & Interaction: Build functional prototypes that effectively demonstrate complex logic and application flow.

• User Advocacy: Understand and validate assumptions while identifying specific pain points within existing technical workflows.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineers throughout the implementation process to ensure design feasibility and maintain a high standard of quality.

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product design, specifically within the B2B, SaaS, or developer-tooling sectors.

• Complexity Management: A proven track record of taking messy, technical processes and turning them into streamlined, elegant user interfaces.

• Tooling: High proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.

• Communication: The ability to clearly explain "the why" behind design decisions to stakeholders who may prioritize functionality over aesthetics.
