Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Medicaid Member Support team, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to our Medicaid members and providers. You'll answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues reputed company to benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements. You'll also work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound member and provider calls and respond to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits and programs, etc.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every caller receives a positive experience.
• Use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate reputed company cases to senior representatives or management as needed.
• Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
• Work from home, using high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company ethernet cable.
• Collaborate with other team members to reputed company our goals and provide exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent GED.

• Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form.
• Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.
• Must be able to work from home and prove to be self-sufficient.
• Must commute to the office in Charleston, WV reputed company unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working remotely in a call center setting.

• Experience working with Medicaid and Medicare.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $31.30 per hour.
