The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent – Automotive Dealer Support, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our automotive dealership clients. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with orders, vehicle shipments, and warranty-reputed company issues. Your expertise will be invaluable in resolving customer complaints, escalating critical orders, and providing timely and accurate solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Availability to work during the hours outlined below, with a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality
Schedule
* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks: Instructor-led training (8 hours/day, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m. Eastern time) + Next four weeks: Hands-on calls (scheduled during hours of operation, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Eastern time)
- Work schedule:
+ Ability to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time, Monday-Friday + No weekends!
