Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you will be responsible for driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely and high-quality manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with buyers and sellers with a customer-first attitude, ensuring a positive experience.

• Resolve reputed company customer issues regarding payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a timely and high-quality manner.
• Become an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems to drive positive outcomes for our users.
• Work with other departments to troubleshoot, research, and resolve open questions.
• Seek out opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications:

* Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST.

• 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Weekend availability required.
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
• Experience with Customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or Intercom.
• Obsession with customers and being customer-first.
• Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
• Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or college experience.

• Previous start-up experience.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.

Team Environment

Team members in this role are required to be reputed company commuting distance of our Phoenix, AZ hub. As a remote co-located team, we value flexibility and work-life balance. Compensation

For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants, the hourly range is $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity. The final hourly reputed company will be based on a number of factors, including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
