Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist our professional nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, organized, and reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility.
- Support residents in regaining independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as ambulation and exercises.
- Administer skin care and treatments as ordered by nursing staff.
- Document and follow up on nursing instructions in the electronic record.
- Maintain reputed company safety, comfort, and confidentiality at reputed company times.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transportation to appointments.
- Operate, maintain, and clean reputed company care equipment safely.
- Participate in staff development, meetings, and mandatory educational programs.
- Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
- Promote excellent communication and positive interactions with residents, families, and staff.
