We're now seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll play a critical role in conducting high-volume reputed company to new and existing members, leading to increased enrollment and program completion rates. About the Role:
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Actively conducting reputed company reputed company phone, text, and email daily to engage with new and existing members
- Successfully completing over 100 outbound calls per day to drive enrollment and program completion rates
- Enrolling 25% or more of reputed company connected leads to reputed company our mission
- Maintaining a 92% or higher customer satisfaction score through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Collaborating with our Manager of Member Experience to reputed company and implement strategies to improve member engagement and retention
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to our members
- Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, such as Insightly CRM, and Customer Service platforms, like reputed company
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle a high volume of work while maintaining quality interactions
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly reputed company new information and apply previous experiences to new contexts
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working directly with older adults in a senior living community, fitness instructor, patient reputed company/coordinator, or a member-facing role reputed company a digital health startup
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Familiarity with Medicare and healthcare industry regulations and guidelines
