As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be part of a team that supplies inventory plan management by ensuring operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans.

What You’ll Do for Us

As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will contribute to the following key responsibilities:

• reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans.
• Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards.
• Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
• Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
• Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery process and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
• Produce reputed company data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
• Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Experience working with multiple inventory plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly.
• Understanding of HRIS systems (reputed company in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers.
• Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
