Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support, providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, ensuring seamless customer experiences
