Position Scope:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch service to our clients and customers, leveraging your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability. You will work in a remote environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge to reputed company in this role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Communicate with customers reputed company inbound phone calls, email, live chat, or other means as needed, providing timely and friendly responses.

• Exceed daily quotas for inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and live chats, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Record detailed notes of customer communication, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain real-time communication by keeping inventory volume reputed company, adapting to changing work environments.
• Create life-long customers by responding to inquiries in a creative, personal, comprehensive, unique, and consistent manner, demonstrating the customer's value.
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, utilizing effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Record and document customer interactions, inputting necessary data and keeping records to identify trends for escalation.
• Collaborate with other Customer Service Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers to provide the best experience possible.
• Operate in a remote work environment, utilizing proficient computer skills and technical knowledge.
• Adapt to a fast-paced and reputed company-changing work environment, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
• Maintain consistent and undivided attention to assigned responsibilities, meeting performance expectations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Qualification/Education and Experiences:

* Independent self-starter with excellent time management skills.

• Strong customer service skills (1-3 years' experience in a customer service reputed company).
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have your own computer or laptop with a keyboard and a mouse (IPAD, chromebooks, and mobile devices are NOT allowed).
• This position is weekends only, with a start time of 2 PM or 5 PM EST.

Physical Requirements:

* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and telephone.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
