The Opportunity:

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and sellers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support and resolve issues in a fair and constructive manner. You will work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless order processing, investigate customer complaints, and reputed company solutions to reputed company problems.

How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company:

As a Customer Service Associate, your role will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

Seller Operations Associate (30 days in):

* Complete new hire orientation and reputed company a deep understanding of arenaflex's operations, the live event industry, and our ticket marketplaces.

• Learn how to navigate our systems and tools to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• reputed company industry knowledge, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions.

Seller Operations Associate (60 days in):

* Investigate customer complaints, determine the root cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers, going beyond traditional customer service responsibilities to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
• Navigate our order queue and determine what requires attention to provide real-time assistance and ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.

Seller Operations Associate (90 days in):

* Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance your reputed company sets and contribute to individual and team goals.

• Manage in-bound seller calls regarding a wide range of questions and monitor open and pending orders to ensure timely confirmation by ticket sellers.
