As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist - Purchasing, you will support the Supply Chain Operations of arenaflex by facilitating the timely and accurate procurement of goods from our supplier reputed company with great attention to detail.

The Day-to-Day:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist - Purchasing, your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring a smooth full-cycle process starting reputed company orders are submitted until items are received in the warehouse
• Reviewing and prioritizing incoming purchase orders from supply chain, sales, and marketing teams
• Accurately inputting customer details (files, locations, dimensions, ink colors, shipping addresses, sizes, etc.)
• Maintaining accurate records of vendor agreements, compliance documents, and product specifications to ensure consistent record keeping
• Addressing product concerns and questions regarding pricing and decoration capabilities
• Reviewing and reconciling vendor invoices against purchase orders and received goods
• Investigating and resolving discrepancies in invoicing promptly
• Monitoring the status of open orders and proactively identifying any potential delays or issues
• Ensuring reputed company product and supplier information is accurately entered and maintained in the system
• Working closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment on order requirements and priorities
• Participating in cross-functional meetings to discuss procurement strategies and performance
• Communicating any general supplier announcements or updates to the reputed company teams
• Other miscellaneous tasks as the business needs demand

• Strong ability to manage data accurately and meticulously

• Experience working with multiple vendors to fulfill POs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Can work simultaneously on multiple projects
• Familiarity with reputed company
• Experience with screen printers and embroiderers would be a plus, but not required
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone pitches in
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment where things are always changing

Preferred Education & Experience:
