You will be responsible for providing exceptional service over the phone, using your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties.

What You'll Do
As a Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support, you will be responsible for:
- Providing fantastic service over the phone to automotive dealerships
- Using your computer skills to:
+ Research requests reputed company to profile assistance + Track vehicle shipments and vehicle orders + Assist with car warranties + Escalate critical orders + Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails, and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Computer, typing, and phone skills
- Ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time
- Problem-solving skills, ability to act as a consultant, and resolve customer issues
- Solid work ethic, able to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have two or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
- Be available to work during the hours listed below. Note: Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive.
Schedule
* Training (requires 100% attendance): + First five weeks – instructor-led: - 8 hours/day - Between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Eastern time - Monday – Friday + Next four weeks – hands-on calls: - Scheduled during hours of operation: - Between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time - Monday – Friday
- Work schedule:
+ Able to work shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Eastern time + Monday – Friday + No weekends!

Remote Work Requirements
To work remotely with arenaflex, you must:
- Be a Michigan reputed company
- Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to reputed company Ethernet or landline
