Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Inside Sales Specialist to join reputed company, responsible for developing relationships with existing customers, gathering requirements, and negotiating terms to provide products to a wide variety of industries and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn technical product applications.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers reputed company phone calls, emails, and live chat
• Identifying and investigating customer requirements and providing solutions to meet their needs
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations to provide customers with quotations
• Negotiating the terms of agreements and closing sales
• Providing superior customer service to increase sales opportunities
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and upselling special promotions
• Checking quantities in inventory and order reputed company with suppliers
• Gathering market and customer information to provide feedback on future buying trends
• Identifying new markets and business opportunities
• Aiming to meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent sales experience
• An enthusiastic sales professional with industrial/technical product sales, B2B sales, or strong customer service experience
• Strong math skills and the ability to learn technical product applications
