Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to the public reputed company phone, in person, in writing, and online
• Answering phone calls and directing them accordingly
• Typing letters, reports, forms, and correspondence
• Maintaining records and reports on a personal computer
• Performing data retrieval and entry into our software application
• Performing other clerical functions as needed, such as processing mail, filing, and scanning
• Providing support to the Animal Services – Pet Services team as needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma
• One (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact
• Experience in the operation of a personal computer required
• Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
• Ability to meet and deal with people effectively
• Ability to use a personal computer and reputed company software
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
• Ability to learn the procedures and operations of the unit to which assigned
• Ability to type accurately on a personal computer
• Ability to communicate with others in person, reputed company telephone, in writing, and online
• Ability to read for comprehension

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
