Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full Stack Program Customer Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our Program Management Team, you will play a critical role in managing and executing customer repair transactions. You will interact with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met reputed company and effectively. Your responsibilities will include delivering on reputed company contractual and financial commitments, responding to customer inquiries, resolving production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with customers before and after sales to ensure their needs are met reputed company and effectively. - Deliver on reputed company contractual and financial commitments, directly impacting the repairs P&L. - Respond to customer inquiries, providing appropriate product literature, pricing schedules, and recognizing business opportunities. - Resolve production, shipping, invoicing, and warranty issues while identifying and addressing additional business opportunities. - Collaborate with Overhaul and Repair Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of repairs. - Maintain ITC compliance and support cost, quality, and schedule commitments.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2-3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a reputed company Master's degree. - Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing, overhaul and repair operations, supply chain, engineering, or sustainment. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work under supervision and follow established procedures.

The annual reputed company salary range for this position is $52,100 - $99,900.
