The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing world-class service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving technical issues, upselling products and services, and exceeding customer expectations. Your goal will be to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers, building trust and loyalty through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and chat, resolving technical issues and answering product-reputed company questions
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers, meeting sales goals and targets

What You'll Need

- 6 months of experience in customer service or sales
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
* 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues
- 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals

- 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, not necessarily specific to call centers
- Enthusiastic and personable, with the ability to adapt and reputed company in constant change
- Previous telecommunications experience
